Lisa has worked in the digital industry for over 20 years. Today, she runs her own content strategy consultancy company, working with clients to design, measure and govern their digital content. With a background in industries ranging from digital design to retail, banking and telecoms (with a bit of gambling thrown in for good measure!), Lisa is able to help companies think about content across the entire customer journey, not just as part of a one-off campaign. Alongside degrees in journalism and mass communication, she holds an MSc in human-computer interaction with ergonomics from University College London. She is also currently a lecturer at FH Joanneum University in Austria, teaching courses as part of the first content strategy MA programme.
