Emerging digital technologies are creating exciting opportunities to redesign products, services, platforms, and experiences. For well over a decade I have been doing just that, and I’m now helping steer Royal Mail’s digital future as a Strategy Director at Hugo & Cat. I have broad knowledge and experience of digital strategy and design practice, but I am increasingly focused on helping organisations embrace digital transformation. Recent engagements have included Catalyst Housing, Nationwide Building Society, and Visit England. This experience has inspired an interest in helping organisations adopt new capabilities and competences. Connecting people, spaces, and objects, in ways that are more meaningful, and useful.
